Do you need to hire an agent to sell your home? Our answer is this: It really depends on your own capabilities and market knowledge.

Sure, it’s possible that you may be able to do the job yourself, but the expert who does it everyday for a living is expected to be able to perform the task faster, more cost-effectively, and with a better outcome than someone who does not work in that field every day.
